GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a “ Machinery Equipment Group Chief ” in for our project taking place in Russia.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Machinery Equipment operations in heavy industry projects,
• Experienced in man/hour, machine/hour planning of machinery and equipment utilized in industrial projects,
• Experienced in tracking and reporting of machinery and equipment efficiency,
• Advanced knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ASME, EN); familiarity with Russian standards and regulations (GOST) is a big plus,
• Experienced in subcontractor and field team management,
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred,
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams,
• Excellent report drafting skills,
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and inspire a team,
• Ability to work and lead well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment,
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented character without neither losing focus of the project goals nor the sight of the big picture,

• Identifying project needs according to work plan in the handling and management of field machinery and equipment,
• Establishing the group structure,
• Establishing and operating tracking mechanisms for machinery and equipment activities,
• Regularly making efficiency analysis of machinery and equipment in the field and reporting to senior management,
• Making interventions to increase the efficiency of machinery and equipment when necessary and making suggestions to senior management on the issue,
• Taking the necessary steps to improve the timekeeping control system,
