QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production Engineer to be assigned to the Chrome Plating process of our Crombar factory, which is the new investment of Hasçelik A.Ş.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering,
- Min. 3 years of experience in Automotive industry,
- Preferably with experience of plating process,
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally,
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
- Excellent command of MS Office and SAP,
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
- Result and customer oriented,
- Willing to located in Kocaeli or Anatolian Side of Istanbul,

- Follow the necessities for the provision and continuity of production and to take the necessary actions by checking compliance with the production plan,
- Ensuring the distribution of tasks and management of teams,
- Checking the areas for which the position is responsible,
- Taking necessary actions about productivity, quality, and OHS in the factory,
- Line efficiency responsibility & related problems solution,
- Manpower management and performance evaluation,
- Managing team to keep KPI targets.
