QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Neapco is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Accounting Responsible based out of ourEskişehir Turkey Office. This position reports to Financil Controller in Turkey and Managing Director (Turkey). Compensation dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Job Description: Accounting Responsible
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily accounting operational activities including:
- Local tax declerations( Income Tax,stamp tax,Corporate Tax etc..)
- Ensure strong accounting and control environment
- Drive standardization and best financial practices
- Ensure compliance to all company policies.
- AR/AP invoice processing in SAP
- IC and 3th.party reconciliation quarterly
- E-invoice,e-delivery and e-ledger process management
- Daily bank movements control and SAP process
- Expense form and company credit card processing in SAP
- Weekly payment processing and prepare payment list
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive accounting/finance-related experience with a Prior experience in Automotive / Plant Manufacturing finance preferred.
- Fluent in English language (including listening, speaking, and writing)
- Strong experience in coaching and developing plant/office finance teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems/Microsoft Office, including how to utilize .
- Extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines as well as standard requirements.
