REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduation from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources related fields
- Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Preferably SAP (Success Factors) knowledge and skills
- Advanced level of English
- Strong communication skills (Written&Verbal)
- Good Problem Solving skills and Solution oriented
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Living in Bandırma, Bursa, İzmir or İstanbul
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- To manage the recruitment process of all positions in the area of responsibility according to defined standards (conducting interviews, creating candidate pools, monitoring candidate screening and reference processes and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees) in line with the Talent Management Teams and Department Manager.
- Preparing & posting internal/external job advertisements with Corporate standards based on business needs.
- Achieve Head Count Plan of internal and external resources in collaboration with Department Heads & HRBPs.
- Improve data analysis and reporting methods for Talent Recruitment area.
- Follow up KPIs of Talent and Recruitment area, Prepare analysis and reports, presentations to management.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, providing initial shortlists, hiring talents and interns.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Join, Host and Represent BRF in Career Fairs/Career Days of universities, organize Employer Branding activities for attracting talents.
- Searching and communicating with schools, employment agencies, consulting firms, websites.
- To determine candidate requirements by examining the job description and job qualifications.
- Posting and following up advertisements through job search platforms.
- Interviewing candidates, identifying candidate qualifications, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications with job requirements.
