Required Qualities:
- Preferably a bachelor's degree,
- Native-level proficiency in Russian,
- To have minimum B2, preferably C1 level knowledge of English to carry out global correspondence and processes at a very good level,
- Residing in Istanbul and able to work at Eyupsultan/Istanbul,
- Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in the customer experience center,
- For the male candidates, having completed the military service or having it suspended at least for 2 years,
- Ability to work in shifts on a 24/7 basis.
