Job Description;
About the role:
Will be able to answer user’s problems.
Will be able to analyze requested developments and forward them to the Software Development team.
After the development is completed, will be able to perform the necessary tests and provide training to users.
Training Support Staff will be recruited to work in Software Training Support Team.
Required Skills
-Good command of written & spoken English,(Speaking German is preferred.)
-Knowledge of tourism terminology
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills,
-Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
-Diligent and solution oriented.
-Good communication and negotiation skills,
-Completed military service for male applicants,
-No limitation for travel (Domestic – Abroad)
-Jira Service Desk
Advantage Skills;
-Graduate from technical departments (Statistics , Mathematical, Engineering etc.)
-Knowledge of tourism terminology
