- Supporting Sales Manager with corporate sales strategies
- Ensuring that sales rates and guest satisfaction are followed constantly
- Ensuring effective use of sales channels to attract new guests
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct interviews with customers to achieve room occupancy and average rate targets
