QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree from the relevant departments of the universities; Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Mathematics Engineering etc.

-At least 5 years of IT experience in system and network administration

-Proficient or preferably experience in Windows OS, M365, MS Azure, MS Office, AD, DC, SCCM or Manage Engine, SQL, Vmware

-Knowledge and experience in Adfs, Exchange, DNS and DHCP systems, firewall, storage/server Experience in *Office365/Windows troubleshooting and support

-Experience in Azure Platform, virtual machines, Kubernetes

-Technical knowledge and experience in Application, Virtualization, Data Storage/Backup, Network and Security

-Preferably experience in Information security applications and platforms

-Knowledge of application licensing and inventory management

-Ability to plan, control and follow-up

-Strong communication skills, having team spirit

-Proactive, quick problem-solving skills / results oriented


Responsibilities:

-Providing maintenance, configuration and management of the server, network, storage, backup, security devices in the company internal network and data center and the hardware and software that provide connection to the internet,

-Preparing installation packages, making their planned distributions and keeping them up-to-date,

-Meeting the Patch and Vulnerability deficits of the Operating System and All Applications in Server and Client environments with application by making regular and planned studies,

-Providing support to the end users on software, network and security related issues,

-Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely,

-Managing Network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP), end-user applications, client/server and operating systems,

-Maintaining and arranging all end user devices & tools belonging to information technologies,

-Giving support of 1st/2nd level problem resolution and business request services requested by the employees, taking into account the internal customer satisfaction,

-Supporting the execution of all IT processes, including legal regulations,

-Ensuring that all applications and hardware are available for continuous service,

-Cooperation with vendors for client application and hardware problems,

-Following the innovations in the field of technology and transferring them to business processes.
