QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for defining and implementing a sustainable and profitable supply chain strategy at plant level in order to optimise supply chain costs, maintain an efficient manufacturing processes and meet the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven people leader with a previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field in the automotive industry
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Excellent knowledge of planning processes
- Strong knowledge and working experience with planning system (MRP/ERP) (LOGO, SILVER,..)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management and/or similar field
- Will be in Bilecik Plant on working days
- Fluent in English and plus another language (French)
- Inventory management
- Critical thinking and conflict resolution
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Planning for overall profitability
Job Brief

Responsibilities
1. Planning, Production, and Warehousing
- Demand forecasting
- Inventory management
- Warehouse storage optimization
- Spend analysis
- Make or buy decisions
2. Logistics
- End-to-end tracking of goods/service delivery
- Rate negotiations with transporters
- Shipment consolidation
- Returns and damaged goods management
3. Process Improvement and Documentation
- Maintaining records as per legal requirements
- Incorporating technology enablers such as enterprise resource planning, etc.
4. International Vendor Management
- International New vendor development
- Negotiation of best prices and commercial terms
- Vendor audit for product and process compliance

- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Define the supply chain and forecast strategy in order to manage and optimize the full supply chain from suppliers to customers through a comprehensive understanding of its needs and constraints
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Oversee planning and production scheduling of products for the entire plants
- Define the plant Production plan with the Production, Commercial and Project team
