KT&G, an international tobacco company headquartered in South Korea, started its manufacturing in KT&G Türkiye Factory, 2008. With its remarkable business growth in Türkiye market and its expanding plan for 2024, KT&G Türkiye Factory is seeking a “Administrative Affairs Assistant”.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting administration affairs process
- To ensure that cleaning and stationery products are checked regularly, contacted with suppliers and monthly purchasing.
- Follow-up of all subcontractors' personal documents and progress payments.
- Following the processes of allocation, transfer, cancellation, activation, etc. of GSM lines.
- Expat Management (Work Permit, Residence Permit, House Renting Processes)
- Following the processes of renting, maintenance, repair and fuel oil of company vehicles.
SKILLS
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation and keeping up to date
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, follower,
- Good-Humored and careful about their appearance,
- To know Importance to teamwork
- Good level of English knowledge
- Good knowledge on MS Office(SAP knowledge is preferred)
