Job Description
- Analysis and interpretation of the financial information, understanding deviations and providing clear and concise action plans to address deviations agreed with business partners.
- Review accounting transactions ensure the integrity, accuracy and compliance of reports and accounting records with accepted accounting policies & principles and regulatory requirements.
- Manage monthly closing processes and prepare solo financial statements in accordance with appropriate accounting standards.
- Responsible for the optimization and further development of the controlling processes and instruments in alignment with Group guidelines
- Ensure the management of Budget and Forecasts of the company.
- Liaison with local auditors, tax advisors and local authorities.
- Identification and quantification of financial risks and opportunities and proposing/monitoring remedial action.
- Improve overall internal processes of F&A; continue to build the team, have appropriate backups and promote know-how in the team.
- Full contribution and providing support for projects related to F&A topics.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Becoming bridge between HQ IT and Local outsource IT function
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, or relevant fields, MBA is a plus.
- CPA / CMA / ACCA certificate might be an asset
- Minimum 12- 15 years of experience (minimum 5 years of leadership as Finance Manager ) gained in multi-national environment within industrial, manufacturing markets.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP as well as local tax
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Financial modeling skills, ability to work on scenarios.
- Good communication skills and proactive working method Extensive leadership skills and leadership experience to develop the finance functions and the team.
- Ability to use MS-Office, SAP, and other relevant software.
- Excellent command of in English both written and verbal
