- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- At least 8+ years experience in controlling or budgeting and reporting,
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and hands on experience with use of ERP – Finance and Budgeting Modules
- CPA, CMA, IFRS and experience in Audit Companies is an asset
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
- A highly motivated team worker, problem solver and initiative taker.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to Finance Director,
- Responsible for preparation of monthly and quarterly-based financial reports ( inc. WTB package ) in accordance with the terms of Turkish Local Regulation (TR GAAP) and IFRS to the attention of shareholders, banks and other related parties.
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the global logistics operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Performing the budget and forecast analysis with all relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare financial statements, financial models, and variance analysis to support business performance evaluation and planning.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for business decision-making
