We are seeking "Restaurant Hostess" to join our team at Bagatelle Bodrum Restaurant located in Yalikavak Marina, Bodrum.
Job Scope:
As a Restaurant Hostess at our restaurant, your role is crucial in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, providing assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Preferably graduated from Tourism Hospitality or Business Administration departments,
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the guest reception area,
- Proficient in English communication skills,
- Maintain a positive attitude in interpersonal relationships, prioritizing guest satisfaction,
- Presentable, with good diction,
- Be inclined towards teamwork and have a career goal in the Food & Beverage sector,
- Be adaptable to a busy work pace, shift system, and flexible working hours,
- Preferably residing or able to reside in Bodrum
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, direct them to their tables, and bid farewell,
- Take reservations and follow up on them,
- Ensure the preparation of tables according to the requests of guests with reservations, and perform necessary checks,
- Resolve guest complaints, report to the manager when necessary,
- Have general knowledge about the menu,
- Adhere to occupational health and safety, quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
