We are looking for a “ Front Office Shift Leader ” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
  • Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
  • Adapting to flexible working hours,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services,
  • Supervise the front desk team during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support as needed,
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency,
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively,
  • Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness,
  • Oversee the cashiering functions, including processing payments, posting charges, and balancing cash drawers,
  • Train and mentor front desk team on hotel procedures, guest service standards, and software systems,
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations, to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues,
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests,
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations.
