We are looking for a “Night Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
- Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
- Excellent command of written & spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
- Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
- Adapting to flexible working hours,
- Living or able to live in Fethiye,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead all the night operation first of all with guest satisfaction,
- Welcome and assist guests during the overnight hours, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns,
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management,
- Handle any guest complaints or emergencies effectively and professionally, following hotel protocols and procedures,
- Prepare nightly reports and communicate any significant events or issues to the management team,
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
