· Very familiar with Opera Hotel management systems and Office programs (EMMA Hotel Management System is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ensuring that the requests/problems of the guests are resolved immediately with the relevant departments in line with the Quality Policy determined within the hotel.
· Providing feedback to guests, keeping track of guest survey results and up-to-date scores and comments on facility commenting sites.
· Working in coordination with the Front Office Department to get to know the guests and be in close contact with other department managers to solve problems.
· Analyzing and proactively resolving guest requests and complaints through CRM.
