Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of hotel industry,
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous,
Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
Knowledge of Opera and MS Office applications

To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
To respond to each Guest who approaches the Reception Desk

To follow all safety policies
