Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
For our office in Antalya (Technopolis, Akdeniz University Campus) we’re looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our leading-edge customer success engineering team. This team constantly works on the integration of our platform with the customer´s environments and implements product enhancements. The Backend Engineer will play a key role in ensuring our customers see rapid time-to-value, and will build creative technical solutions for new and complex problems.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement new modules for our platform and enhance existing functionalities with an eye toward performance and scalability
- Engage with customers’ implementation teams
- Learn our customers’ business needs
- Collaborate closely with the Project Managers and the FLYR Commerce Engine teams
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
- At least 2 years of experience as Backend Engineer / Developer
- Quantitative work/education background (computer science or equivalent)
- Ability to ship production-quality Java code
- Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud computing services, e.g. AWS
- Previous experience building microservices, JSON / REST interfaces, Spring Boot
- NoSQL databases / MongoDB
- Ability to clearly communicate status, blockers, risks and dependencies
- Fluent in spoken and written English
