QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for colleagues who want to be part of a good team to work in the R&D Cooling Laboratory unit of Refrigerator Factory.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree is a plus (preferably in thermodynamics) Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset), Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes, Competent in reporting and making presentations, Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills, Preferably experienced in Cooling Cycle based thermal product (Refrigerator, Air Conditioning, Heat Exchanger) design Preferably experienced in R&D projects and/or international project management, Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized) in White Goods industry, Preferably worked with product management and sales teams, made technical interviews with domestic/international customers, Preferably experienced in patent analysis process, Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region, No travel restriction, No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Participating in cooling system design studies for refrigerator models Supporting cooling system design development studies for existing models Carrying out test processes and approval studies with relevant accredited international or domestic approval bodies and ensuring that relevant approval reports and certificates are obtained, Conducting the creation of technical documentation data and managing technical specifications Carrying out market research, cost analysis, system analysis and product development stages in new product/platform development projects from scratch Examining product cost &profitability analysis and performing cost reduction studies Monitoring closely technological and professional developments related to the task and investigating its applicability to continuously improve itself, producing innovation projects Analyzing competitors' products and conducting benchmark in terms of job description.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
