Job description
- The Planning and Logistics Chief, who will report to the Plant Manager, will be responsible for the following:
- To ensure that demand planning, supply planning and production planning functions are carried out timely and accurately on the basis of optimum use of resources and that relevant performance indicators are prepared,
- To ensure that resource plans are made to meet needs in line with short and long-term demand and supply plans,
- Creating production planning according to sales and forecasts, giving feedback to other departments,
- Coordinating and managing the work of revising, developing and keeping ERP system basic planning data in line with needs,
- Controlling critical raw materials
- Tracking and defining needs according to the supply chain plan, creating raw material requests for the purchasing department, tracking order statuses with suppliers, updating material availability requests accordingly,
- Ensuring that Raw Material Stocks and Stocks are correct, keeping the stock level on target, managing out-of-warehouse stocks, communicating with warehouse managers and operators about raw material stocks, tracking stock discrepancy actions.
- Tracking MRP finished products, semi-finished products and consumables on the system,
