Personal competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in related field,
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Demand Planner,
- SAP is highly preferred,
- Good level of expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

Duties And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for S&OP process, management of inventory planning, Demand & Supply Planning,
- Lead and manage monthly Demand Review Meetings with cross functional groups including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to gain alignment of the Subgroup/Product level forecasts and evaluate possible demand/supply risks,
- Reviewing and analyzing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, developing base demand forecasts, maintaining consensus forecasts with sales and marketing,
- Maintaining data and forecast integrity within SAP APO through evaluation of statistical forecast model types using exception based planning and adjustment to parameter settings,
- Identifies forecast variances, determines root cause; analyze to improve forecasting accuracy and drive corrective actions,
- Preparing and publishing monthly procurement budget estimates based on 12 month rolling forecast,
- Compare demand plans to financial sales budget and research variances,
- Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s (Inventory levels, Backorder Value, Delivery Performance, Slow Movers/Obsolete stock, etc.) and taking corrective actions as necessary
