JOB SUMMARY
In order to convey a better service to our customers and strengthen our product planning organization, we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic team member to join our Product Planning team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant technical disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management preferably in electrical construction material or similar industries
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach
- Strong reporting, analysis and follow up skills
- Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment
- Vision for industry future trends
- Negotiation in multi-cultural environment
- Strong planning, reporting, analysis and follow up with the organization skills
- Valid driving license
- No travel restriction in Turkey and abroad
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participating in all product marketing and market development activities
- Analyzing and identifying trends within the market and reporting to the related departments
- Researching new developments, competitors, and alternate media streams
- Benchmarking competitors, reporting competition activities and market research
- Suggesting new product ideas based on market or competition needs
- Supporting project management activities for new product preparation and launch processes
- Conducting communication with suppliers and service providers for new product launch activities
- Conducting risk assessment before implementing a new product on the market
- Cost Planning, volume & profit assumptions (business case)
- Leading discussion with OEM Partner and relevant R&D members, in order to ensure timely delivery of project milestones & results
- Being the source of expert knowledge and promoter of the product towards internal stakeholders and customers
- Managing the country based specific requirements
- Based on customer feedback, proposing and implementing active life cycle actions
- Development and implementation of product strategy and roadmap
- Participate the Go-to-market strategy for timely collecting the customer feedback and developments in the market
- Tracking and reporting sales of related product groups, deviations from target and the reasons behind it
- Communicating product related information to the sales teams
- Delivering product trainings to sales teams and customers, when required
- Analyzing and planning marketing support materials based on market and customer feedback
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer communication
