General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Native Hindu / Bengali / Urdu speaker
- Remote / Home Office
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to travel within the designated region
- Preferably from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan
