QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Solutions Specialist works within the Supply Chain Solutions Department and is responsible for carrying out the Supply Chain Solutions Operation processes.

The Supply Chain Solutions Department produces appropriate solutions for its customers in line with the determined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), tries to provide the service in the most efficient way and creates added value in every sense.

To master the international supply chain, international land, air and sea processes, to be competent in communication and human relations, to adopt the principle of continuous development, to have follow-up and planning skills, to be solution-oriented.
Job Description:
- To handle day to day supply chain and transportation organisations, order & vendor & carrier management formalities. Operate an extended partial, full or consolidation shipments.
- Continuous communication with the customers and foreign Yusen Logistics offices.
- Timely and accurate data entry of booking and transport requirements.
- Timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- Continuous communication with carriers, suppliers and freight forwarder companies. Moving stock via sea, air, road and rail operations. Ensure vendors get the required equipment needed for export on timely manner. Following provided client escalation matrix where needed.
- Hosting vendor workshops, system training based at origin
- Ensuring max container utilisation
- Expense control
- Timely and accurate invoicing
- Follow up income & expense via system per shipment
- KPI repoting as per client’s Standard Operations Procedures on given period basis.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, i nternational supply chain, 3PL/4PL as logistics service provider or forwarding.
- Experience in origin supply chain, supplier management
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications especially Excel,
- Team player with strong communication skills, solution oriented, task driven, problem solver with good organizational skills.
- Experience in international environment
- Ability to work under pressure and building strong relationship with the related parties
- Strong analytical experience and abilities, using PO management system data
- Good end to end supply chain awareness and operations
- Achieving corporate objectives in timely basis and delivering consistent results as per given KPIs
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain effective communication with all related parties; suppliers, carriers, forwarders, clients etc. while managing various types of export operations through system.
- Following and developing the SOP process within the company
