- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams),
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish,
- Experience in managing and planning projects, conferences, and events,
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and a wide range of senior external contacts,
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail,
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
- Disciplined for follow-up; ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
- No restriction on domestic and international travel,
- Residence on the European side of Istanbul is preferred,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and maintain Board of Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements,
- Act as the primary contact between Board and relevant parties by screening and prioritizing crucial tasks and list of immediate actions,
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings by providing further assistance,
- Managing social media accounts,
- Organizing PR work and working in coordination with the relevant agency,
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
