QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
İlbak Holding consolidated its various companies operating in different sectors under a holding structure in 2010. With over 1,000 employees, the holding actively serves in sectors such as mining, marketing communication, media, tourism, printing services, real estate development, and fast-moving consumer goods. Recently, with the addition of CNBCE Turkey to its companies, it will deliver finance, economy, and business world news with at least 10 hours of live broadcasting daily.
We are currently seeking a “Senior Financial Controller” with the below Job Description & Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field,
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles,
- High level experience of ERP systems (preferably SAP),
- Experience of spending time at English speaking workplace. Advance level of reading and writing in English,
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills,
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude,
- High self-motivation and ambition to achieve,
- Good stakeholder management skills,
- The ability to work under tight deadlines,
- Preferably holding a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification. Possessing or in the process of obtaining an accreditation certificate in Accounting, Finance, or any related profession.
Job Description
- Coordinate between the Holding Companies and headquarters regarding monthly management reports and projects,
- Participate at annual budget preparation and business plan process and together with Budget & Reporting Department monitor monthly results and take roles at efficiency projects,
- Work with Accounting Department to help IFRS reporting and month closing processes.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department on the company's cash flow and fund management,
- Assist the Finance Department in daily financial decisions, ad-hoc reports, and tax-related matters,
- Coordinate and guide the annual audit process and any audit initiated by management,
- Participate any extension projects, Merger & Acquisition, and development projects,
- Maintain and improve internal policies and procedures.
