We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and collaborative colleague who will join our team as a Import Export Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Purchasing to ensure material supply in accordance with the production plan
- Making long-term material planning and creating a forecasting system for the demand planning
- Carrying out local implementation of processes, standards and tools set by Global Procurement & SCM management
- Controlling all reports and operations related to the purchased material over the System
- Directing key process improvement programs that have a local, regional or global impact on Purchasing cost and efficiency
- Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports
- Being responsible for the management and administration of the entire Purchasing team
- Being responsible for efficiency studies and carrying out corrective and preventive actions
You're Profile:
- BA/BS degree in relevant academic disciplines (Education in English with an Engineering degree will be preferred)
- Managing the execution of all development activities inline with continuous improvement priorities
- Minimum of 5 years of Logistics / Purchasing management experience
- Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical mindset
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organization skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
- Ability to conduct strategic & fruitful relationships with the vendors and key stakeholders
