QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Adopting a stable growth strategy, Titanic Hotels has managed to make the Titanic brand popular not only in our country but also in the international arena, with its hotels that are both investors and operators in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum and Berlin. Titanic Hotels has 13 hotels with a total capacity of 5600 rooms, including 5 hotels in Istanbul, 3 hotels in Antalya, 1 hotel in Bodrum and 4 in Berlin, the capital of Germany.


"Assistant Guest Relations Manager"

We invite you to take a position as “Assistant Guest Relations Manager ” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.


- Assist with all aspects of new hire integration into the Guest Assistant team, initial orientation, training schedule, provide & review all necessary material for training, perform progress evaluations;

- Assign tasks for Guest Assistant Supervisors, coach and assist when needed;

- Manage guest complaints and work to resolve them or provide feedback to Guest Relations Manager;

- Monitor staff performance and assist Guest Assistant Manager with performance reviews and disciplinaries;

- Assist in creating a positive team-oriented environment that focuses on the guest, through employee development and motivation;

- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments;

- Prepare monthly reports on GRM reports, online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.

Requirements

- 25-35 years old

- University Degree preferably in Tourism/Hospitality or related departments;

- Same or similar role experience in Guest Relations / Front Office Departments at least 5 years (Luxury Hotel experience would be asset)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish, English and at least one of the following languages Russian/ German/ Arabic;

- Ability to work flexible schedule, all shifts (between 8:00 and 24:00), on weekends and holidays with one day off a week;

- Computer skills (Excel, Word, preferably Fidelio);

- Strong communication and team work skills;

- Attention to details, responsibility and fast decision making;

- Time management, multitasking and prioritizing skills;

- Discipline, self-motivation and ambition;

- Tolerance, cultural sensitivity and strong work ethics;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Keen interest in hospitality and desire for growth;

- Professional presentation and maintaining hotel’s brand image.
