QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Dental Centre Turkey is a service provider company specialising in dental tourism. We are an inclusive and diverse organisation, offering a variety of services within the service and tourism industry, catering to both international clients and customers. While our focus is on creating innovative solutions in dental tourism, we are dedicated to enhancing the value of all services offered, reflecting our versatility and commitment to excellence in each sector we operate in.

We are looking for active sales ambassadors to join our expanding team as a " Junior Patient Executive ", becoming the point of contact for international patients seeking assistance with their dental journey, actively guiding them throughout the process. You will have your own patient portfolio and as you learn to convert leads into sales, you will be rewarded by joining the commission-based scheme.

· Interact with patients through a variety of channels such as email, phone calls and social media.

· Provide comprehensive information on the treatment, transfers, clinics, and other company offerings.

· Proactively address and resolve patient issues, escalating to Senior SEs and/or SLs when necessary.

· Ensure punctual and efficient responses to patients, in line with PDPL and GDPR guidelines.

· Liaising with third-party suppliers regarding patient enquiries to include but not limited to treatment plans.

· Handle patient service problems to ensure a satisfactory conclusion, diffusing unsatisfied patients.

· Consult and get suggestions from a Senior PE to drive up your sales.

· Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward all sales leads, aiming to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

· Thoroughly research all sales lead correspondence, providing effective and timely responses through the appropriate channel, answering any and all questions.

Competences

· Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English language, including reading and comprehension.

· A solid understanding of customer service standards with a ‘patient first’ attitude.

· Able to liaise with different departments, clinics, and third-party suppliers regarding patient enquiries.

· Team player with strong collaboration skills within a corporate environment.

· Positive and energetic attitude in an evolving environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

· Willing to participate in training and strive to increase and improve existing skills.

· Previous use of Microsoft Office programs, CRM and ERP systems is preferred but not essential.

· Great salary rate + GBP commission.
