•Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; sophisticated skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
•Able to perform business math calculations.

•Self-motivated, organized with timely and assertive follow up skills and execution.
•A problem-solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate.

Role & Responsibilities
• Develop seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customers’ reactions to the promotions and discounts.
• Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
• Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
• Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands.
• Schedule and execute weekly forecast meetings with all related sales members as required.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Address demand and customs clearance related queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
• Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.
• Managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Lifecycle (EOL) processes.
• Support Supply Chain department providing required documents, certificates, product specifications, test reports on time and properly.
• Sell-in Plan and Promotion Plan data collection from sales members.
• Registering products’ price, inputting and processing orders in a timely manner.
• Processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales and marketing.
• Marketing budget management; budget allocation and marketing plan creation in the system.
• Supplying marketing materials & sample products from headquarter.
