REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a "Project Leader" with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.
- University degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
- Advanced level of English. ( French will be a plus ).
- 5-7 years of experience on project management in OEM (automotive industry projects).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High analytical mind,

- Working plant is Karacabey .
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Increase the product & process feasibility by teamwork with Product Designer
- Project Planning in plant paralell to PM project plan with Plant and Global functions
- PSW Coordination with OEM and within plant
- Design Change Management
- RFQ feasibility and study
- Prototype production following
- Deviation of Process
- Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as key point of contact other parts of organization and the customer for the project.
