QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics or relevant departments
- Master’s degree is an asset
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Audit
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
- ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
- No travel restriction within Europe
- Majority of work time in Çerkezköy or Bolu. Work from home possible depending on work conditions
- Good communication and teamworking skills across different levels of hierarchy
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be the contact person for financial data for the Management Board and Global Controlling
- In close collaboration with sales and operations you will analyze product margins and costs and benchmark with other EU sites
- You will consolidate, analyze and present the financial business development
- You will be responsible for continuous improvement of Controlling Processes and SAP applications
- You will prepare business plans, investment calculations and promote operational improvements
- You will pursue the Budget Planning, Controlling and Rolling Forecast
- You will travel to other sites of SCHOTT in Europe for benchmark and training
