QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist / Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications bellow who will work in the factory of YKK, an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, located in Cerkezkoy Organized Industrial Zone.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in related fields,
  • 1-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Recruitment,
  • Preferably has previous working experience in headhunting company,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment, performance management, training-development, employee engagement,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Living or able to live Cerkezkoy, Corlu, Kapakli or Saray region.

Job Description

  • Being responsible for all operations in HR functions mostly in recruitment,
  • Following and reporting Performance Management System processes,
  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures are updated, implemented and followed,
  • To prepare for internal and external audits,
  • Assisting and leading HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • To increase the contribution of department employees to the institution by providing professional and personal development,
  • Coaching/Guiding the department managers in the application of HR programs, facilitating HR-related issues, and employee engagement activities,
  • Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,
  • Ensuring that company culture is supported through company values, internal policies and procedures with department managers,
  • Building a strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment,
  • To regularly report on issues in the area of responsibility and contribute HR analytics.
