IDEAL PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management or other related departments of the universities
- 3- 5 years in a similar role within a media planning and broadcasting environment
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good knowledge MS Office program
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Professional internal and external client communication, both written and verbal
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Evaluating the needs and demands of the broadcast planning team and resolving them within the bounds of possibility
- Coordination within the Broadcast Planning team
- Evaluating the demands and requests from other units regarding the workflow, sharing them with the team and reaching the result
- By taking part in the same shift order within the Broadcast Planning team, the implementation of all the workflows performed by the operators
- Checking the problems and errors in the planned broadcast streams and taking the necessary measures and informing them to prevent their repetition
- Ensuring coordination with other units before broadcasting live sports games and informing the team accordingly
- Evaluating the incoming broadcast reports weekly and informing the necessary units
